hosting account from you and you still never cease to amaze me...
Your customer service is absolutely by far the most superior on the net today! I've had problems trying to install CGI scripts so I send a note to you. Less than 2 hours later, the problem has been resolved, the script installed properly, and I'm back to making my living!
For the few dollars I pay per year for hosting, it's blows me away how well you treat your customers. If only people knew what a pain-in-the-butt I can be, and still I am treated like a truly valued customer! :-)

I really like the abundant features that come with the domain space. I'm utilizing or plan to utilize most of the features in the fantastico area. I find the control panel to be extremely easy to navigate and editing some of the files is a breeze once you get use to understanding the coding used. IE: Changing images in the image gallery for example. (My fiance and I are into roleplaying - playing characters in a made up environment and Sharnyl.Net is the home for our realm we've created. )
My daughter, whom is sixteen years old, is all excited because she's always wanted her own blog and now she can have that from our domain; plus, I have the added reassurance that I can keep an eye on it without truly invading her privacy or her space.
I find dealing with the staff of your company to be extremely pleasant and
your help and response time has been simply

- How soon will my
account be set up and ready for use?
Usually no more than 12 hours after we
received your order. Account orders are placed in a queue and
are processed in the order in which they
are received. Your site can be uploaded to
our servers immediately after receiving
the welcome email, which will contain the
IP address for your account, plus the
password for the username chosen during
signup. In fact, we recommend that clients
start uploading their site as soon as
possible after setup is complete, so that
once domain transfer is completed, the
site will be available for use by your
visitors.

- Do I have access to
update my site 24 hours a day?
Absolutely. Whether you're a day person or
a night owl, your site is available for
you to update.

domain name for me? Can you set up domains

for $12/year, with you as the registrant.
We can also assist with registering other

Why don't you offer this?
Technically speaking, there is no such
thing as "unlimited bandwidth."
Someone has to pay for the traffic
somewhere - and if you check the fine
print of some service agreements from
companies who claim to offer unlimited
bandwidth, you'll probably find that they
do charge for traffic over a certain
amount. We dispense with the fine print.

- Is my site backed up
and how often?
We backup your site weekly. However, it
remains your sole responsibility to have a
local copy of your files, if, in the
unfortunate event, something happens to
your files. Host-Domain.net is NOT held
liable in any way for any files, money,
time, effort, etc... lost due to this
unfortunate event. If your files are lost,
we will attempt to restore them as a
gesture of good faith, but make no
promises what so ever about whether the
files will be brought back successfully or
not.

Our servers are located in the Network
Access Corporation (NAC) Network

automatically billed at a rate of $1.00 per
gigabyte per month.

Account?
You can cancel your account at any time

contacting helpdesk.
There are no cancellation fees, and no
notice is required.
Any fees paid to that
point are non-refundable, unless
cancellation is made within 30 days of
